German distributor MFA buys SOLA Media´s Swedish Berlin, 10.02.2006 Prior to the market screening on Monday, German based Sola Media reports the sale of German and Austrian rights for Swedish comedy “WINNERS AND LOSERS” starring Frida Hallgren („As it is in Heaven) to Christian Meinke´s MFA Distribution. “WINNERS AND LOSERS” tells the story of Fredrik, a single father to ten-year old Magda, a funny guy and hopeless jockey who’s finally found the horse of his dreams. There’s just one problem – it seems that the horse doesn’t want to win. A wonderful comedy about the problem of “short-sight” among people and animals… “This deal follows a number of films we have distributed with MFA i.e. BLINDFLYER, VILLA HENRIETTE, ADVENTURE – ARKTOS MIKE HORN” comments Solveig Langeland and Beatrix Wesle the deal. „WINNERS and LOSERS“ is currently in theatrical release
