Villa Henriette

Synopsis

12-year-old Marie, a quick witted girl, is faced with a dilemma; not only must she suddenly choose between her two best friends, but on top of that her grandmother has been taken in by a cunning con-man and is forced to put the family villa up for sale.

So now the girl has her hands full as she tries desperately to rescue her friendships and the home she shares with her eccentric granny. Based on a novel by acclaimed award winning Austrian author Christine Nostlinger, who was so thrilled with the film that she decided to play a small role in the film.

Nina Hagen, the famous German Punk-Rocker, gives the house
her very distinct voice.
